Sanfrancisco aids foundation legacy bicycle ride to end HIV!
Sister Roma and Sister Lida joined forces to support this three day inaugural event!
Day 1. The sisters drive up to Russian River manifest and await ride in before celebrating the hard earned miles with drag legend Nicki Jizz and activist Cleve Jones.
Day 2: brought Red Dress party, a Candlelight Vigil, and KAYAKING! Cycle To Zero truly brings new energy and ideas to the reimagined NorCal AIDS LifeCycle. Riders had the option of taking three different routes raging from about 40 miles to 100 miles, or skipping the ride to tour the redwoods, or spend the day at camp. It honestly felt like being on vacation. The water was warm, all of the beach equipment was free and meals were provided. We even had a pie eating contest. People really seem to love this ride.
Day 3: Cycle To Zero FINISH LINE! Always a joy to cheer the riders at the end of a challenging final ride with my fellow Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc. , San Francisco AIDS Foundation CEO Dr. Tyler TerMeer, and a group of families, friends and loved ones! It’s safe to say C2Z was a success.
