on Saturday, the Sister‘s gathered in Copley Square. With many hands, the work to set up and ready ourselves was done. Even though the rain didn’t stop the joy increased. With the help of postulant Luke, we quickly pinpointed where we would be in the lineup.
While waiting for kickoff, we got an opportunity to try out hopscotch and dance. And it was clear that with a little encouragement, that a simple joy-raising activity can be successful.
We were joined by several friends, and the surprise appearances of Brother Gary, and Sister Torri.
The many hands sharing the workload continued with regular handoffs for a banner, carrying, managing the Wire grocery cart, as well as breaking things down and re-organizing once we arrived at our table at pride.
