Sister Brother Freddie Anne Willing was in attendance as well as two more Sisters in civilian mode, for what was a coalition effort to rally around the murder of Renee Nicole Good. Hundreds gathered at Park St station for chanting, and a series of powerful speakers. The message was clear, this tragedy in unacceptable. Now is the time to stand together as organized groups to take action. If you are not part of a group doing the work, then it’s time to join one. If you have made mistakes in the past, we want you standing with us now. Renee Nicole Good died trying to protect her neighbors. We can protect our neighbors too if we stand together.
The collected masses then marched past the statehouse, through downtown crossing, to the John F Kennedy Federal Building. More rallies followed over the weekend and more will come.
